By registering, I agree that the Newborn Area Heritage Trust, Inc. may use photographs of me, and all those I am registering, with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I understand that I am solely responsible for any incidents that may occur during fishing and release the Newborn Area Heritage Trust, Inc. and the Town of Newborn, GA from any liability associated with, but not limited to, fishing, wading, traversing creek beds, accessing property, et al.
