By participating in the Hornyhead Fish Festival & Tournament Parade you understand that you are responsible for your safety and that the town of Newborn, its representatives, and the Newborn Area Heritage Trust, inc. can not be held liable for any injury, damage, or accident that may occur during or as a result of the parade.
